Day 87
- one of Jimmy's Warming Elixirs (Reishi brew, spring water, coconut flakes, hazelnuts, irish moss, lucuma, maca powder, mesquite powder, cacao powder, colostrum, dates, goji berries, vanilla, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt)
- bowl of 3 Squash Soup (acorn squash, butternut squash, buttercup squash, celery, carrots, onions, turnips, water, sea salt) with homemade raw goat's milk kefir cheese with Frank's Finest Southern Cajun spices, all served over brown rice
- 1/2 of one of my raw vegan Chocolate Orange Mousse Cup (crust was hazelnuts, dates, sea salt; mousse was avocados, cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, lucuma powder, sea salt; topping was cacao nibs and dried powdered orange rind)
- cup of hot coca chamomile tea
- cup of Reishi Brew (reishi, astragalus, cat's claw, elderberries, carob pod pieces)
- some chocolate-covered ginger (not raw, not vegan, so don't get excited)
- dinner out at Thai Dish: 2 vegetarian spring rolls; vegetarian Pad Thai with tofu
Today's Observations
OK. The coca tea is rocking the free world. Ate too much at dinner tonight. Ugh. Old habit. Jim's elixirs continue to impress me. He's really got those down, man.
