Elemental Eating

Take the time to appreciate the 4 Elements (Air, Earth, Fire, Water) in each bite. Once you've found them, you may find the Divine.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 74
  • 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • Mo's Garbage Cereal (oats, chia seeds, sesame seeds, goji berries, raisins, Forelle pear) with Brazil nut mylk
  • 1 c. hot yerba mate with stevia
  • 1 Odwalla bar
  • 4 c. kale salad (kale, Swiss chard, zucchini, carrot, sunflower seeds, olives, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nutrional yeast, black pepper, sea salt)
  • 2 c. hot Reishi Brew (reishi, fo-ti, vanilla bean, astragalus root, schizandra berries, goji berries)
  • 1 c. spring water
  • 1/2 c. Sunspire chocolate-covered peanuts
  • 2 c. Split Pea Soup (water, split peas, parsnips, carrots, onions, thyme, liquid smoke, sea salt, black pepper) with nutritional yeast sprinkled on top
