Day 97
- cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
- cup of hot jasmine green tea (using previous cup's leaves) with honey
- bowl of oatmeal with mulberries, goji berries, coconut oil, and stevia
- lunch out at Whole Foods: veggie combo sushi; cup of hot yerba spice tea with honey
- Yumpot (cashew butter, coconut oil, honey, cacao powder, coconut flakes, maca, stevia, water, sea salt)
- bowl of Banana Mango Ice Cream (frozen bananas, frozen mangos, honey, water)
- dinner out at Taj Mahal: couple of veggie pakoras; couple of paneer pakoras; a samosa; Nav Rattan Korma over basmati rice; water
- couple of handfuls of peanut M&Ms
Today's Observations
Dude! LOL! My first dairy and sugar crap in a while! Too funny. I really think that all the sweet I had today was a bit much - refined or no. But I didn't feel like I overate, which was good. At the Indian restaurant, Jim got some naan - a huuuuge personal favourite - and I didn't even want it. I was really happy with what I got. I never thought I'd see the day...
