It's All OK.

Yes, sea salt is OK. Fats (as in nuts, seeds, coconut oil, and raw butter) are OK. Now... will you freakin' relax?

Day 78
  • a piece of my raw vegan Secret Recipe Chocolate Candy
  • cup of Reishi brew (reishi, fo-ti, cat's claw, cinnamon sticks, spring water)
  • cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • a couple piece of my raw vegan Secret Recipe Chocolate Candy
  • bowl of Surf and Turf Soup (spring water, carrots, wakame, wood ear mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, green beans, sesame oil, miso, Chinese Five Spice)
  • Elixir (cold nettle and horsetail tea, irish moss, cinnamon, cardamom, ground coriander, frozen banana, honey, bee pollen)
  • 10 chlorella nuts
  • sampled a bit of colostrum and honey mixed together
  • couple of handfuls of spiced punkin seeds, pistachios, sesame seeds, and figs
  • spring water
  • Cara Cara orange
  • cup of hot yerba mate tea
  • dinner out at Silly's: cup of hot herbal tea, 1/2 an order of sweet potato fries, falafel wrap with lots of lovely veggies

Today's Observations
Wooo! Too many bee products! I am BUZZING!
