Love Thy Self

Jim once told me that he heard that the reason that we don't make changes we need to is because we don't love ourselves enough, that we don't think we're worth it. If this is true, this sucks. How can I love myself more? Is it just a matter of getting more massages? Eating the right foods? Hanging out with cool people? Or is it something deeper?

Day 94

  • 1 slice of Carrot Raisin Manna Bread with coconut oil and cinnamon
  • big mug of Nut Nog (hazelnuts, water, dates, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, sea salt)
  • 2 honkin' bowls of kale salad (kale, red bell pepper, Spiced Seeds, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt); 2 slices of Cinnamon Date Manna Bread with coconut oil
  • cup of Reishi Brew (reishi, cat's claw, astragalus, elderberries, cinnamon)
  • Superfood IceScream (ice, water, Brazil nuts, almonds, goji berries, cacao nibs, honey, maca, mesquite, colostrum, sea salt)
  • cup of Reishi Brew
  • bowl of vegan chili
  • carrots and celery with peanut butter


Today's Observations
I am SO proud of myself for not eating ANY of the holiday foods that make me feel like crap. This is fucking HUGE. Seriously.
