Day 94
- 1 slice of Carrot Raisin Manna Bread with coconut oil and cinnamon
- big mug of Nut Nog (hazelnuts, water, dates, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, sea salt)
- 2 honkin' bowls of kale salad (kale, red bell pepper, Spiced Seeds, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt); 2 slices of Cinnamon Date Manna Bread with coconut oil
- cup of Reishi Brew (reishi, cat's claw, astragalus, elderberries, cinnamon)
- Superfood IceScream (ice, water, Brazil nuts, almonds, goji berries, cacao nibs, honey, maca, mesquite, colostrum, sea salt)
- cup of Reishi Brew
- bowl of vegan chili
- carrots and celery with peanut butter
Today's Observations
I am SO proud of myself for not eating ANY of the holiday foods that make me feel like crap. This is fucking HUGE. Seriously.
