- 3 slices of Fruit and Nut Manna Bread with coconut oil
- an apple
- lunch out at Bangkok Bistro: Drunken Noodles with extra veggies and tofu; vegetable spring roll; hot tea; water
- Superfood IceScream (ice, almonds, cacao nibs, honey, mesquite, maca, lucuma, colostrum, irish moss, sea salt)
- glass of water
- bowl of green salad (Butter lettuce, grape tomatoes, cauliflower with a homemade honey mustard vinaigrette); Savory Rice (brown basmati, celery, onions, garlic, parsley, black pepper, sea salt); Spaghetti Squash with Walnut Cheese Sauce (walnuts, roasted garlic, fresh garlic, red bell pepper, olive oil, water, black pepper, sea salt)
- glass of water
- Yumpot (cacao powder, coconut oil, cashew butter, honey, maca, sea salt)
Today's Observations
Lovely dinner tonight! I made a wonderful dinner for the 'rents. Ironically, I was trying to keep it simple, but still impressive. I think it worked. The rice and cheese sauce seemed to be the big hits!
