Day 80
- 1 big mug of Super Hot Cacao (hazelnut mylk, coconut oil, cacao powder, honey, vanilla bean, sea salt)
- handful of sunflower seeds
- bowl of kale salad (kale, carrots, red bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper)
- cup of spring water
- 2 vegan, gluten-free shortbread cookies
- dinner out at Thai Dish: 2 fresh vegetarian spring rolls, veggie Pad Thai with tofu
- cup of spring water
- cup of hot Reishi Brew (reishi, pau d'arco, cat's claw, astragalus, cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, spring water)

Today's Observations
Still focusing on quantities. I really love starting out the day with some type of elixir (today was hot cacao!). I satisfied. These and Mo's Garbage Cereals are good for me in the morning. Maybe it's the nut mylk?
