This Year and That

It would be interesting to compare what I ate on December 31, 2008, to what I ate today. I am so very thankful for the variety of foodstuffs and for the Federal Reserve Debt Notes to purchase said foodstuffs. I am also thankful that my family has chosen to take this trip with me.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 101

  • cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • 2 slices of Carrot Raisin Manna Bread and 1 slice of Fruit and Nut Manna Bread with coconut oil
  • some of Jim's Coffee Elixir (coffee, Reishi Brew, hazelnuts, mulberries, honey, irish moss, maca, cacao powder, sea salt)
  • Superfood IceScream (ice, water, almonds, mulberries, irish moss, colostrum, honey, maca, mesquite, lucuma, sea salt)
  • assorted veggies with French dressing
  • dinner from LuLu's Noodles: 2 vegetarian spring rolls; veggie Pad Thai with tofu; 2 big glasses of water
  • few bites of conventional cheesecake

Today's Observations
As always, I ate too much Pad Thai. Love that Pad Thai, dammit. Jim's Coffee Elixirs are more and more astounding. I can't usually drink coffee because it makes my head whir, but in the elixirs it's good... in small doses, that is. We're just superfooding OUT over here!
