Day 83
- cup of hot Aztec Fire herbal tea with stevia
- warm Elixir (hazelnut mylk, goat's milk kefir, irish moss, dried ground orange peel, cacao powder, honey, sea salt)
- a cup of hot Reishi Brew (reishi, astragalus, cat's claw, horsetail)
- raw vegan samples from Aimee's Open House: assorted veggies with zucchini hummus, date roll thingies, seasoned nuts
- lunch out at the mall: steamed rice and veggies, maki roll, water
- Hunza raisin samples
- cup of cold rooibos tea
- bowl of Creamy Winter Soup (delicata squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, turnip, onion, pepper, sea salt, water) with a couple of my Seed Crackers with raw butter
- bowl of Banana Ice Cream (frozen bananas, hazelnut mylk, carob pod bits, yacon syrup)
Today's Observations
OK. Hunza raisins are my new food. YUM! We ended up putting some of the soup on top of the buttered crackers... WOW! So good!
