Traveling Light

When traveling it's a great idea to look up natural foods stores or bigger chain grocery stores along the way. Use these as your "fast food" restaurants.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 91
  • cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • a piece of my Mulled Berry Chocolate
  • Smoothie (frozen bananas, frozen mangos, frozen strawberries, spring water, honey)
  • Elixir (walnuts, spring water, lucuma, maca, cinnamon, cayenne, sea salt)
  • dinner out at Whole Foods salad bar: green salad, tomato soup, vegetable korma
  • cup of hot Throat Coat tea

Today's Observations
Running around like crazy today. Getting ready to travel and then hitting the road!
