- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- 16 oz. Jim's Sproutin' Green Smoothie (spring water, oats, sprouts, kale, frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, Brazil nuts, maca powder, mesquite powder, cacao powder, cacao nibs, colostrum, goji berries, soaked goji berries, goji juice, bee pollen, dates, honey, sea salt)
- 2 c. Surf and Turf Soup (water, miso, wakame, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, onion, green beans, Chinese 5 Spice, sesame oil)
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream (2 trays of ice, 1/4 c. cacao powder, 3 T. cacao nibs, 3 T. honey, 2 T. lucuma, 1 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt)
- 1 c. spring water
- 2 c. cold horsetail tea
- 1 oz. corn and flax seed chips
- dinner out at Thai Dish: 2 fresh vegetarian spring rolls, one order of veggie Pad Thai with tofu
- 1 c. hot Aztec Fire herbal tea with honey
- 2 c. spring water
Today's Observations
I feel so much better eating more superfoods and superherbs. What a difference they make!
