- Green Smoothie (sprouts, frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, spring water, maca powder, yacon syrup, sea salt)
- cup of hot Gingerbread Spice herbal tea
- cup of hot Blackberry Sage herbal tea with honey
- bowl of Smashed Taters (Yukon Gold potatoes, raw goat's milk kefir, raw butter, garlic nutritional yeast, red pepper chili flakes, black pepper, sea salt)
- cup of cold rooibos tea
- cup of hot Blackberry Sage herbal tea with honey
- big bowl of Superfood IceScream (ice, mulberries, goji berries, mesquite powder, lucuma powder, cacao nibs, yacon powder, cold rooibos tea, sea salt)
- 2 bowls of green salad (romaine, red pepper, broccoli, Buckwheat Crispies, black pepper) with Olive Sesame Dressing (olives, sesame seeds, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spring water)
- cup of hot decaf chai tea with honey
- spoonful of some honey and cacao mixture Mo made
Today's Observations
What wonderfully powerful food! I loved eating today! Kefir is still giving me gas. Alas...
