Day 30
- 1.5 c. spring water
- 2/3 of this recipe, 2 c. (cooked) oatmeal with 1/4 c. pecans, 1/4 c. raisins, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 2 T. honey, pinch of sea salt
- 1 c. hot decaf chai with stevia
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/3 c. goji berry juice, 1/4 c. hazelnuts, scant 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao powder, 2 T. goji berries, 2 T. hemp protein powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/4 tsp. sea salt, 1/4 tsp. stevia
- 1 c. hot Sweet Cinnamon herbal tea
- 2/3 of an order of vegetable and tofu Pad Thai, 1 c. water
- 1 banana
- 2 Butternut Bars (spin-off of Frank Giglio's Pumpkin Bars... pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, butternut squash, coconut, dates, apricots, nutmeg, cinnamon, sea salt)
- 3 c. spring water
The tofu gave me a raging headache. Ugh. Think I'd figure that one out, hungh?
