- 11:30a, Superfood IceScream: 1 tray ice cubes, 1/4 c. pecans, 2 T. honey, 1. 5 T. cacao nibs, 1.5 T. goji berries, 1 T. goji berry juice, 1 T. mesquite powder, 1/2 tsp. MacaPro™, pinch of sea salt
- 12p, 2 c. miso soup: 2 c. spring water, 1 T. miso, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 2:45p, 1/2 of recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 tray ice cubes, 1/4 c. pecans, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao nibs, 3 T. lucuma, 2 T. goji berries, 1 T. goji berry juice, 1 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. MacaPro™, pinch of sea salt
- 5p, 2 oz. corn and flax chips
- 6p, 2 c. spring water
- 7:30, 2 c. Kale and Zesty Sprout Salad (zesty sprout blend, kale, balsamic vinegar, hemp seeds, hemp seed oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, sea salt), 1 c. Cincinnati Soup (spring water, TVP, lentils, canned tomatoes, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, Halawi dates, cacao, allspice, cinnamon, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, sea salt, balsamic vinegar, miso)
- 8:30p, 2 T. Caramel Dip (dates, Brazil nut mylk, coconut oil, vanilla, sea salt)
- 9p, 1 c. hot ginger tea
Jim's Cincinnati Soup was absolutely outstanding. I only had a little bit though because soy and beans don't usually sit well on my stomach. But he outdid himself on the spicing! Nice job, baby bear! The Superfood IceScream has just totally been hitting the spot lately. I almost feel like I could live off that. I wonder what would happen if I ate only that and salads all day? Man, that's tempting...
