I need to figure out what self-forgiveness really is, then I need to figure out what that process looks like and what tools are needed to make that happen.

Day 31
- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- 1 c. (cooked) Smashed Potatoes: gold potatoes, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, nutritional yeast, garlic, sea salt, black pepper
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/4 c. goji berry juice, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao nibs, 2 T. pecans, 2 T. hazelnuts, 2 T. goji berries, 2 T. lucuma, 1 T. mulberries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/4 tsp. stevia, 1/4 tsp. salt
- mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce
- 2 c. spring water
- 3 c. Green Smoothie: spinach, spring water, frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, dates, frozen banana
Not feeling good today. Need more greens and less cheese. Cheese is an old habit, an old friend calling my name and stroking my hair. Think it's time to find a new comforter.
