And the other thing I've been wrestling with is making sure that my body is getting what it needs. But I eat a pretty varied diet and truly feel that my intuition should help me feed myself correctly. (Of course, this all depends on how well I'm listening.) It gets dangerous when I'm not hungry, but I find myself guilting into consuming a salad because my green intake has been low. That's not good.
I'm working on tools to encourage healthy communication between my belly and mind, my desires and needs.
Note: Capitalized recipes are my own - except when they're from the grocery store.

Been focusing a lot on feeling food in the belly today. Of all the things I ate today, the Superfood IceScream really resonated with me. There's something about it that just feels so powerful. Want to try some different superfood combos. I've also been noticing that my diet is sweet-centered. Is that an issue?
