Self-Measurement

Day 18
  • 9:30a, 1 Medjool date (mmm.... like caramel!)
  • 10a, 1.5 c. of cacao and spice yerba mate
  • 11:15, 2 c. of kale salad (lacinato kale, tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, hemp seed, garlic, balsamic vinegar, hemp seed oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt)
  • 11:30a, 3 Medjool dates (just got delivered... have to make sure they're o.k.)
  • 3p, 1/2 recipe of Superfood IceScream: 2 trays of ice, 2 T. homemade tahini, 1/4 c. Brazil nut mylk, 1/4 c. soaked goji berries, 3 T. cacao nibs, 1 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. MacaPro™, 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 6p, 1/2 of a Tazo Brambleberry Tea and some mozzarella sticks
  • 6:30p, seed and nut bites (from bulk section at Axis)
  • 8:45p, 3 c. green smoothie (spring water, kale, frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, MacaPro™)
  • 9:30p, 1 c. of cacao and spice yerba mate
Today's Observations
On my period and had to have some cheese. There it is. No excuses. Just fucking got some cheese, OK?!?
