Stillness in Motion

Day 39
  • 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/4 c. goji berry juice, 3 T. lucuma, 3 T. carob powder, 2 T. mulberries, 1 T. soaked goji berries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 handfuls of trail mix (mulberries, hazelnuts, goji berries, golden berries, dried apples, sunflower seeds, jungle peanuts)
  • lunch at GRO (raw vegan restaurant): BBQ Terra Burger with side salad, taste of an onion ring, taste of pumpkin pie, taste of lime coconut bar, taste of chocolate chip cookie, bit of a ginger-filled chocolate, bite of spicy lime chocolate
  • 1 c. spring water
  • bite of a raw, lacto-fermented pickle
  • 3 c. of salad (spinach, romaine, tomatoes, avocado, cucumbers, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds) with Olive Sesame Dressing (black olives, sesame seeds, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, spring water)
  • 1.5 c. of Smashed Potatoes (sweet potatoes, white potatoes, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt)
  • 1 c. warmed mulled cider (with ginger and cinnamon)
Today's Observations
Today was a good reprieve for my digestive system! Boy, yesterday was harsh! LOL!
