Day 23
- 8a, 1 c. hot cacao and spice yerba mate
- 8:45a, 1 apple with Caramel Dip (dates, Brazil nut mylk, coconut oil, vanilla bean, salt)
- 10:45a, 5 stuffed mushrooms (stuffing was 1 c. pecans, 1 celery stalk, 1 carrot, all the stems from the mushrooms, 1 T. onion, 2 T. dried cranberries, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp. Herbs de Provence, 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning,1/2 tsp. sea salt... makes enough for about a dozen mushrooms or 1 10 oz. package of mushrooms)
- 11:30a, 2 c. (but one teabag) hot cacao and spice yerba mate
- 12:30p, 1 biiiig raw vegan almond chocolate candy from GRO (raw vegan restaurant in Portland, ME)
- 4:45p, Banana Mash-Up: 1 banana, 1/2 c. Brazil nut mylk, 1 T. chia seeds, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 10:30p, 2 c. Not Nog: 2 c. Brazil nut mylk, 2 Medjool dates, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cardamom, 1/4 tsp. ginger
Yerba mate and cacao do NOT mix for Lisa Marie. Holy CRAP, my head was buzzing! Sheesh!
