Non-Raw Overload

Somedays, you just gotta make the best choices you can.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 15
  • 10a, Superfood IceScream: 1 trays of ice, 2 T. goji berries, 2 T. mulberries, 2 T. honey, 1.5 T. homemade tahini, 1.5 T. cacao nibs, 1.5 tsp. mesquite powder, 1/2 tsp. MacaPro™, pinch of sea salt
  • 12p, lunch at Happy Teriyaki: hot corn tea, Gyoza, Bi Bam Bop (I think that was what it was called...)
  • 6p, dinner at Silly's: 2/3s of an order of Sweet Potato Fries with honey mustard, FalSal (Greek salad minus the feta with falafel), 2 c. hot lemon ginger tea
Today's Observations
Oh, MAN! The Bi Bam Bop was soooo cool! 6 different types of fermented foods with fresh cukes and carrots on a bed of sushi rice! Oh! I was concerned about what I was going to be able to find at this restaurant and ended up wonderfully surprised! The tastes were outstanding and really sat well in my (very happy) belly.
