Day 43
- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/3 c. walnuts, 1/4 c. goji berry juice, 3 T. carob powder, 3 T. lucuma, 2 T. soaked goji berries, 2 T. honey, 1/2 tsp. stevia, scant 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- lunch out at Ben-Kay's: Tofu Dumpling Miso Soup, 3 Vegetable Sushi Rolls, hot tea
- 1.5 c. hot apple cider
- 1 chocolate chip cookie
- 5 c. of kale salad (kale, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, sprouts, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, sea salt)
- 1 c. hot decaf chai tea with honey
- Banana Chip Ice Cream (frozen bananas, sesame mylk, cacao nibs, walnuts)
I have noticed that the more I eat out, the thirstier I get. Must be the non-sea salt being used. I've also noticed that the more I eat out, the more I want to eat out.
