Exercise

I know this blog is supposed to be about food, but I think it's important to mention exercise in conjunction. Sometimes my food choices are related to my exercise. For example, I have a daily yoga routine that I do that includes some exercises my chiropractor recommends for my lower back and shoulders. If I don't do my exercises, I'm more prone to eat when I'm not hungry. I think this is because I'm out of balance. When I do my exercises, I am motivated to do more of them and am also more aware of my body, of how I move within my body, and am listening better to my body.

This can't be all about food. My relationship to food is contextual.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Today's Observations
Had a moment tonight where I realized that I'd been making a lot of emotional food choices recently. Very intense moment.
