Day 41
- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- breakfast out at The Good Egg: tofu and veggie scramble with hashbrowns and hot decaf Earl Grey tea with honey
- 1 c. of marinated mushrooms
- 1.5 NON-raw, NON-vegan chocolate chip cookies
- snickies at a party: few bites of vegetarian chili, few bites of bruschetta with Italian bread, few carrots and cukes, few bites of mango pomegranate salad, small cup of red wine
- 1/2 c. cooked brown rice and 2 c. Black Bean Soup (black beans, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, miso, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast)
- 1 c. of Banana Ice Cream (sesame mylk, frozen bananas) with 3Cs Chocolates
TONS of cooked food today, but still feel like they were all pretty good choices. Something needed comfort today. I listened.
