Day 46
- 2 c. (but one teabag) hot jasmine green tea with honey
- Banana Mash-Up: 2 bananas, 2 T. sesame seeds, 2 T. chia seeds
- 1/2 c. hot decaf chia
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/2 c. goji berry juice, 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 c. walnuts, 3 T. cacao nibs, 3 T. mulberries, 2 T. soaked goji berries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, scant 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 oz. of Cajun Sesame Sticks from Axis bulk aisle
- 16 oz. mango kombucha
- dinner made by Jim: some kidney bean and veggie thing on brown rice and a bed of spinach topped with fresh jalepenos and Tabasco!
- Little Summin' Summin': 2 T. almond flour, 1 T. coconut oil, 1 T. cacao powder, 1 T. honey, 1 tsp. lucuma, 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Need more greens! Tonight's dinner was scrumptious though! MMMM!
