Day 51
- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 2 trays of ice, 1/2 c. goji berry juice, 1/3 c. pecans, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao nibs, 3 T. mulberries, 2 T. mesquite powder, 1 T. soaked goji berries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- Smoothie: 2 frozen bananas, 1 c. frozen blueberries, 1 c. cold horsetail tea, 1/2 c. frozen mangos, 1/2 c. goji berry juice, 1 T. soaked goji berries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Butternut Bar
- 3 c. salad (romaine, spinach, sprouts, tomato, cucumber) with Olive Sesame Dressing
- 1 small baked white potato and 2 small baked sweet potatoes with sea salt
- 1 c. spring water
- Superfood IceScream: 1.25 trays of ice, 1/2 c. cold horsetail tea, 1/3 c. Brazil nuts, 3 T. lucuma, 2 T. honey, 1 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Actually really proud of myself for making light choices.
