Day 44
- 1.5 c. of (cooked) oatmeal with sea salt, cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, and honey
- 1.5 c. (but one teabag) hot blueberry white tea
- 1 small bag of BBQ potato chips
- 3 c. of kale salad (kale, tomatoes, carrots, sprouts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, sea salt)
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao powder, 2 T. Brazil nuts, 2 T. almonds, 2 T. mulberries, 1 T. goji berries, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, scant 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Medjool date
- some of Mo's ginger kombucha
- 3/4 c. of cooked amaranth with miso soup on top (miso, water, carrots, zucchini, garlic, sea salt)
Eating BBQ chips while annoyed = crappy headache. FYI.
