Day 50
- 1/2 c. Stop Yer Swinin' and Bee Well (one of my electuaries!) tea
- 2 c. spring water
- Banana Mash-Up: 2 bananas, 2 T. sesame seeds, 2 T. chia seeds
- 1.5 c. (but one teabag) herbal Sweet Cinnamon tea
- 1/2 c. Maine Sea Vegetables Nori Sesame Cashews
- 4 c. kale salad (kale, spinach, sprouts, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, garlic, sea salt, black pepper)
- 1/3 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 2 trays of ice, 1/2 c. goji berry juice, 1/3 c. Brazil nuts, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. cacao nibs, 3 T. lucuma, 3 T. mulberries, 2 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 c. spring water
- Veggie Mex: (layered in this order) brown rice, nutritional yeast, veggies (sauteed only for a few minutes... broccoli, onions, mushrooms, red peppers, corn with spices), guacamole, hot sauce, sea salt
- 1 c. spring water
- Little Summin': 2 T. almond flour, 2 T. cacao powder, 1 T. honey, 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Focused on listening to my body today and only eating when I was hungry. I feel like I made some good choices. Dinner was especially good... especially since I was thinking about hot dogs a lot today. LOL!
