- 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
- 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 1.5 trays of ice, 3/4 c. goji berry juice, 1/2 c. hazelnuts, 1/4 c. soaked goji berries, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. carob powder, 3 T. mulberries, 2 T. lucuma, 2 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. fo-ti powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 T. hazelnuts
- 1 carrot with Olive Sesame Dressing
- 1 c. hot herbal ginger tea
- 1 Butternut Bar
- 3/4 c. sushi rice with 2 c. chickpea stew over it (chickpeas, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chat masala, garam masala, Bragg's, nutritional yeast, hot sauce)
- 1/3 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 2 trays of ice, 3/4 c. goji berry juice, 1/2 c. hazelnuts, 1/4 c. soaked goji berries, 1/4 c. honey, 6 T. lucuma, 4 T. mesquite powder, 3 T. cacao nibs, 4 T. mulberries, 2 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. fo-ti powder, 1 tsp. stevia, 3/4 tsp. sea salt
