Go Easy

Take it easy on yourself. You can either realize the mistakes, fix 'em, and move on or you can realize the mistakes and chastise yourself and feel like shit. Be gentle.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 55
  • 1/2 of this recipe, Strawberry Pudding (2 avocados, 1.5 frozen bananas, 1.5 c. frozen strawberries, 4 dates) with coconut and granola topping
  • 1 c. hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • 1.5 falafel patties from the Whole Foods salad bar
  • 1 c. hot green fruity tea
  • 1 c. spring water
  • 1/2 of this recipe, Superfood IceScream: 2 trays of ice, 1/2 c. mulberry juice, 1/2 c. hazelnuts, 1/4 c. honey, 3 T. lucuma, 3 T. cacao nibs, 2 T. goji berries, 2 T. soaked mulberries, 2 T. mesquite powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, 1/2 tsp. fo-ti powder, 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1.5 c. of Smoky Black-Eyed Pea Soup (water, black-eyed peas, canned tomatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, raisins, dried Golden Delicious apple bits, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, nama shoyu, sea salt)
  • 1/2 c. Marinated Mushies (portabello mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, nama shoyu... marinated and then dehydrated... MMMM!)
  • sips of Jim's Breathe the Ale medicinal homebrew
  • A Little Summin: 2 T. almond flour, 1 T. coconut oil, 1 T. honey, 1 T. cacao powder, 1 tsp. maca powder, scant 1/2 tsp. stevia, 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Today's Observations
The past couple of days I've been getting light-headed. I feel better after water and greens. Dehydration? Iron deficiency? Keeping my eye on this.
