New Work Ethic

Day 110

  • cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
  • bowl of leftover brown rice with butter mixed with some of the leftover Spicy Chick Peas
  • cup of Reishi Brew (reishi, horsetail, Pau d'Arco, carob pod pieces, vanilla bean)
  • bowl of leftover brown rice with butter mixed with some of the leftover Spicy Chick Peas topped with hot sauce
  • Superfood IceScream (ice, hazelnuts, Brazil nut mylk, goji berries, cacao nibs, cacao powder, colostrum, maca, lucuma, mesquite, sea salt)
  • cup of Reishi Brew (reishi, horsetail, Pau d'Arco, carob pod pieces, vanilla bean)
  • roasted delicata squash with butter; kale and spinach salad (red kale, spinach, carrots, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, dried cranberries, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt); water

Today's Observations
Now why would I get lightheaded after my breakfast this morning? Could it have been the caffeine? The honey? I can't imagine the food would have anything to do with it. Strange. Been doing too much cooked food lately. Feeling bloated. Also, I've been craving green smoothies. Think there's a connexion? ; )
