Day 116
- Superfood IceScream (ice, Brazil nuts, cold nettle and cat's claw tea, honey, goji berries, carob powder, maca, mesquite powder, lucuma, cordyceps powder, sea salt)
- cup of Reishi and Chaga Brew (reishi, chaga, coconut flakes, goji berries, vanilla bean)
- 2 bowls of kale salad (kale, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nutritional yeast, seaweed flakes, black pepper, sea salt); 2 Seed Crackers with butter
- Yumpot (coconut oil, honey, lucuma, sea salt)
- big glass of cold nettle and cat's claw tea
- cup of hot blueberry white tea
- handful of chocolate-covered cranberries
- baked delicata squash with butter; brown rice with butter, (very lightly) steamed broccoli

Mmmm... lovely Maine butter. Love it.
