Gourmet Defined

Take away the dogma and the complexity and you have gourmet food.

Note: Capitalized recipes are my own.

Day 108

  • cup of spring water
  • Coffee Elixir (espresso made with Reishi Brew instead of water, spring water, coconut oil, hazelnuts, honey, vanilla bean, maca, colostrum, stevia, cinnamon, cayenne, sea salt)
  • bowl of Smashed Taters (sweet potatoes, white potatoes, olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, sea salt) slathered in hot sauce
  • cup of spring water
  • Superfood IceScream (ice, hazelnut mylk, Brazil nuts, mulberries, irish moss, honey, carob powder, fo-ti powder, lucuma, mesquite, maca, sea salt)
  • an orange
  • 16 oz. bottle of water; celery and peanut butter
  • 20 oz. bottle of water
  • kale salad (red kale, sprouts, tomatoes, Jim's Vinaigrette, nutritional yeast, kelp flakes, black pepper, sea salt); steamed veggies with local butter
  • mini Yumpot (coconut oil, honey, lucuma, sea salt)
  • a taste of Jim's weird-ass tea (spring water, St. John's Wort, yarrow, mandrake root, splash of homemade mead, honey)

Today's Observations
I have been crazy hungry and thirsty today. What's up with that? Maybe I need more minerals? More calories? More fat? Experimenting around with different combinations to see what helps.
