Day 108
- cup of spring water
- Coffee Elixir (espresso made with Reishi Brew instead of water, spring water, coconut oil, hazelnuts, honey, vanilla bean, maca, colostrum, stevia, cinnamon, cayenne, sea salt)
- bowl of Smashed Taters (sweet potatoes, white potatoes, olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, sea salt) slathered in hot sauce
- cup of spring water
- Superfood IceScream (ice, hazelnut mylk, Brazil nuts, mulberries, irish moss, honey, carob powder, fo-ti powder, lucuma, mesquite, maca, sea salt)
- an orange
- 16 oz. bottle of water; celery and peanut butter
- 20 oz. bottle of water
- kale salad (red kale, sprouts, tomatoes, Jim's Vinaigrette, nutritional yeast, kelp flakes, black pepper, sea salt); steamed veggies with local butter
- mini Yumpot (coconut oil, honey, lucuma, sea salt)
- a taste of Jim's weird-ass tea (spring water, St. John's Wort, yarrow, mandrake root, splash of homemade mead, honey)
Today's Observations
I have been crazy hungry and thirsty today. What's up with that? Maybe I need more minerals? More calories? More fat? Experimenting around with different combinations to see what helps.
