Day 115
- cup of hot jasmine green tea with honey
- Banana Mash-Up (bananas, sesame seeds, cordyceps powder)
- cup of hot rooibos tea
- small serving of Almond Pate (almonds, carrots, celery, garlic, Bell's Seasoning, nama shoyu, sea salt) with homemade Seed Crackers
- Green Smoothie (frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, frozen mangos, spinach, spring water)
- snack from Whole Foods salad bar: seaweed and sesame salad
- Yumpot (coconut oil, honey, cacao powder, lucuma, maca, sea salt)
- brown rice with butter; Kidney and Mushroom Stew (kidney beans, mushrooms, red bell pepper, onions, oregano, black pepper, sea salt)
- 2 cups of Reishi and Chaga Brew (reishi, chaga, coconut flakes, goji berries, vanilla bean)
Today's Observations
Lots of wonderful numminess today! I'm so loving the direction of our food choices lately. We're putting more intention into where we're choosing to get our calories and nutrition from. Lovely!
