Day 124
- cup of hot yerba mate with honey; few pieces of Super Secret Recipe Raw Vegan Chocolate Candy (nice breakfast!)
- Butterscotch Banana Shake (frozen bananas, raw cream, spring water, dates, maca powder, lucuma, mesquite powder, sea salt)
- cup of hot rooibos tea with stevia
- Vegetable Frittata (eggs, raw cream, sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms, chives, black pepper, sea salt) with homemade sauerkraut; spring water
- small bowl of frozen blueberries
- spring water
- lovely large glass of fresh carrot-ginger juice from Whole Foods
- tastes of things made in my raw vegan class: banana slices with Raw Vegan Chocolate Sauce (honey, coconut oil, cacao powder); Chocolate Pudding (avocados, coconut oil, honey, cacao powder, sea salt)
- quinoa with raw butter, chives, black pepper, and sea salt; kale salad (kale, olives, olive oil, black pepper, sea salt); Spicy Chickpeas (chickpeas, garlic, raw butter, coriander powder, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, sea salt); dandelion tea
Today's Observations
Whoa! Waaaaaaaaaay too much candy, dairy, and eggs. Wow. I feel really ugh. Just like I've had too much food, not like any of it sat weird on me. The carrot-ginger juice though really spoke to me. I want to start incorporating more of that in my diet. The ginger was so perfect! Nummy!
