- cup of hot yerba mate with stevia
- handful of Sunspire chocolate-covered peanuts; cup of ice water
- couple pieces of my raw vegan Medicinal Mushroom Chocolates
- cup of Butternut Spiced Soup (butternut, onions, tomatoes, miso, water, honey, garam masala, black pepper, cumin); scoop of Smashed Potatoes (sweet potatoes, white potatoes, garlic, raw butter, black pepper, sea salt); small chunk of my homemade Carrot and Raisin Sprouted Grain Bread with raw butter; small chunk of my homemade Cinnamon Date Sprouted Grain Bread with raw butter; spring water
